We offer our clients a personalised and one to one service with the aim of understanding their every need and it is this attention to detail that ensures each piece that we create is as individual as our clients.

Charmi is a talented internationally renowned designer who can work with you to create the perfect dress for your important day.

Throughout the whole process we give an exceptional personalised service, you will have your own consultant who will work closely with you so you can relax, enjoy and celebrate the special moment where you can bring the most important dress you will ever wear, to life.

All the outfits are made by our in-house production team and therefore we can give attention to every detail of the outfit.

Over the past 10 years Charmi Creations has designed dresses for clients in the UK and has a strong presence with clients based internationally.

Upon receipt of your initial email we will respond by email, and thereafter follow up any further enquires by a phone consultation with your consultant whom will be liasing with your through the whole process..

We can make a made to measure outfit based from our collection and to personalise the collection you can change the below list of concepts:

Bridal wear

• Change colour
• We can change the style by making tops longer, shorter, add sleeves or remove sleeves
• We can make matching bolero jackets

Grooms wear

• Change Colour
• Add collars or remove collars
• Change the trouser style

Once you place your order with us, we will send you a measurement form that would help you to take correct measurements of yourself. In addition we will also send you a sketch of your outfit with your requested changes.

Upon receipt of the measurements form we will thereafter provide a sample fitting dress, and we will also provide you with a fabric, colour and embroidery sample for approval.

The purpose of the sample is to enable the bride and groom to picture what the wedding outfit will look like. We provide a choice of one embroidery sample and two colour samples. The embroidery sample is for the bride to keep, allowing her to coordinate with other aspects of her special day.

If you need more reassurance about a fit of the dress, then upon special request a fitting sample can be made at £75 cost. This ensures that the fit of the final outfit is as desired. We will require a constructive feedback via a front view and back view photograph image to ensure your final outfit is made perfect. Again, at this stage the bride still has the option to make any changes to the design.

Once all the details are confirmed, the order is put into production. If you feel your measurement have changed then we will send you a new measurements form, so that the outfit is stitched to new size measurement to avoid any adjustments upon arrival of the outfit, Once the outfit is ready, the outfit is steam ironed and carefully packed, and we will courier it out to you ready to wear on the big day.

fittings and alterations

Our collection is tailor-made and therefore you should not require any amendments. However if there are any minor adjustments that need to be made then please contact your local tailoring services. However if the outfit requires more than just fitting adjustments then Charmi Creations will work with you to make the appropriate changes.
